At McKenzie Veterinary Services and Pacific Mobile Veterinary Clinic our veterinarians are responsible for our own after hour emergency call for your patients. That means when you call us in the middle of the night, there is a good chance we will be familiar with your pet and it’s medical history. There are surprisingly few emergency phone calls that we rceive after hours in which a pet truly must be seen immediately.  Often telephone advice from a veterinarian is all that is needed by owners to help deal with a situation. When necessary, our veterinarians are able to act quickly to meet a client at the clinic at 3888 Carey Rd, or when required to do a house call. On occasion, if a pet’s medical situation seems to be extremely serious, we may refer a client to Central Victoria Veterinary Hospital where they provide 24 hour emergency care.
