Prescription Refill Request






Please note that prescription refills currently require 48 hours for us to process due to supply issues and staff shortages. We will contact you when your prescription is ready for pick up.

 

Did you know that if we don’t have a medication in stock, we will order it for you? We pride ourselves on being a full-service veterinary clinic, and that includes providing you with any drugs your pet may need.

 

*Please be aware that due to regulations set forth by the College of Veterinarians of British Columbia, some prescriptions may require an exam prior to being dispensed. This ensures that your pet is healthy enough to handle the potential side effects of some prescriptions and provides further confirmation that the medication is appropriate for your pet’s current condition
